Dan Matlock, Katie's husband of 20 years, selflessly dedicates his part-time efforts at Mother Truckers to whatever Katie needs of him free of charge! Simultaneously, he takes pride in his full-time role as a Welder/Fabricator for the same local company as their daughter. He thoroughly enjoys the role of a grandpa to his new granddaughter, showcasing his commitment to both work and family.

Kelly James

Kelly James is a highly valuable team member to Mother Truckers, excelling as a contractor in completing reverse logistics orders in many states across the US with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Necoal keeps our national pickups running smoothly with her dedication, organization, and all-around support behind the scenes. As our National Operations Assistant, she plays a vital role in keeping Mother Truckers on track across the country. Outside of work, Necoal thrives in the outdoors and has a deep appreciation for a good cup of fancy coffee. She’s grounded by the love of her beautiful family and supportive husband, bringing warmth and balance to everything she does.

Sarah Wilding

Madison (Maddie) Wilding 

Maddie Wilding joins the Mother Truckers team as a part-time Local Operations Assistant, bringing drive, reliability, and a fresh perspective. Graduating high school at just 16 years old, Maddie has already proven her commitment and leadership by holding a supervisor role at a local sandwich shop for over two years.

Young and full of promise, Maddie is eager to expand her skills and grow within the company. She has a natural ability to stay organized and focused, even in fast-paced environments, making her a perfect fit for our local operations.
